Return and Exchange
· Exchange Policy:
· An exchange will only be considered in the rare cases on defective or incorrect item that has been delivered to the customer. We will strive to resolve such matters promptly, depending on the specific circumstances.
· There is no exchange policy based on the customer's preferences regarding the outfit, as all the outfits are made for our valued customers.
· In case of any exchange, the customer is required to inform our customer service team within 48 hours and return the outfit to our given address within 5-7 days of the delivery; otherwise, the request will not be catered.
· An equal amount of voucher/discount code can also be offered.
· Outfit can be exchanged if the product received does not matches the ordered size.
· All mailing or shipping costs related to the exchange of a defective item will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
· We aim to process all the exchanges within 14 working days.

Return Policy:
· Dear June only offers the return of defective items purchased online, provided that the items remain in their original condition, which includes being unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and unstitched with original tags and packaging.
· To initiate an eligible return, customers are required to reach out to our customer service center. It is essential for customers to provide their online order ID along with a valid reason for the return within 2 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after 2 days will not be accepted.
· Customers must select a replacement outfit from the Dear June E-Store. We will strive to resolve the issue as promptly as possible, depending on the specific circumstances.
· Any mailing or shipping costs for the return of a defective item will be the responsibility of the customer.
