Cancellation Policy
At Dear June, our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our valued customers. However, we understand that order cancellations may be necessary in certain circumstances. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
Paid Orders – Cancellations
- Paid orders may be cancelled within 24 to 48 hours of placement upon customer request.
- After 48 hours, cancellations will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to Dear June's approval.
- Dear June reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen issues such as inventory unavailability, system errors, or payment verification concerns.
Important:
Cancellation requests for paid orders must be made using the same email address or contact number provided in the order’s billing or shipping information. This helps us verify and process your request efficiently.
Refund & Compensation Policy
- As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds in any form (including bank transfer, credit card reversal, etc.).
- In case of an approved cancellation, a coupon or online store voucher equivalent to the paid amount will be issued.
- This voucher can be redeemed on your next online purchase at Dear June.
